CEO - Michael Dooley

Michael started in the auto industry at the age of 19.

He was the high performing sales consultant for the largest dealership in the region and quickly stepped into management.

After moving into a new role and opening a Maserati and Prestige Pre Owned dealership Michael stepped away from dealerships after 14 years. During this time through a Ford initiative he completed his Diploma in Business specialising in setting up and scaling car dealerships (Ford DLP).

'I was getting so many calls from dealerships asking for advice and how we were doing what we were online... I loved it! And with my second child on the way it made sense'.

Michael runs the company from his office in Australia but has staff located all over the globe.

When hiring Michael looks towards hiring people from dealerships first so Pinnacle can truely understand the clients needs.

Outside of work you will find Michael getting away with his wife Saffron and two boys.

A once keen hockey player he is still heavily involved in his local team.
